こごみ のことです
本名はくさそてつ（草蘇鉄）
いくら俗名とはいえ『くそさてつ』とはあんまりです。
漢字で書くと多分こう『糞砂鉄』
どこでど～間違って伝わったものやら
春一番にでてくる山菜
株分けしながら地道に増やしてますが、
まだまだ先は長そうです。
ごま博士かけるととてもおいしい
